Your responsibilities

•    A Workforce Planning Analyst will support strategic and operational workforce decisions through data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and workforce modelling. The role helps ensure the organisation has the right people, skills, and capacity to meet current and future business needs.
•    Prior to each Workforce Planning Cycle/ review period, you will carry the necessary checks and audits within the system. Considering continuous improvement as the technology develops.
•    Support the implementation and business-as-usual running of the Workforce Planning systems and process, answering any queries as and when required.
•    Actively lead the review and generation of all information, e.g. rate cards to commence and review planning.•  Understand the interdependencies on the generation of rate cards / people cost.
•    Writing and reviewing validation documentation, e.g. Validation Plans, Validation reports and other necessary SOP documents related to the process and quantification of data.
•    Working with Finance, HR and business users to understand the system requirements, technical issues, and support IT developer/vendor in addressing the needs.
•    Working with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with standardised templates.
•    Supporting delivery partners and business users with the testing phase to ensure that system meets requirements.
•    Analyse workforce data including headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, utilisation, and capacity.
•    Develop workforce forecasts and staffing models based on forecast.
•    Create dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for leadership.
•    Identify workforce trends, risks, and gaps.
•    Support budgeting and annual workforce planning cycles.
•    Improve workforce planning processes and reporting automation.
•    Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and planning tools.
•    Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

The experience we're looking for

•    Extensive experience working in an Analyst role 
•    Proven track record of expertise of suite of Finance solutions e.g. SAP (essential), Service Now (preferred), Azure Dev Ops(desirable).
•    Experience of working with senior stakeholders to balance business needs with workforce planning standards and processes
•    Enthusiastic about the use of technology, with a proven ability to provide a communication ‘bridge’ 
•    Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Xlookup, data cleansing, large dataset handling)
•    Strong data analysis & validation skills, including identifying errors, outliers, and data gaps
•    Good understanding of workforce / financial data and organisational structures
•    Ability to interpret and aggregate data into meaningful outputs (e.g. averages)
•    Stakeholder communication / management, providing clear guidance and managing inputs from multiple markets
•    Structured approach to end-to-end data processes with strong attention to detail and deadlines
•    Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud
