Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the sales and market share achievements in the Mass market channel for the area of Crete. You will be representing our power brands in the Hygiene Business Unit: Finish, Vanish, Airwick, Calgon , Harpic etc.

Playing a key role in the Field Sales team, you’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with some of our largest customers. You’ll build trust. You’ll educate. You’ll innovate. You’ll help them display merchandise more effectively or promote new lines. You’ll be at the front-end for promotional campaigns. You’ll understand your customers and help them to sell our products.

Your responsibilities

•Build and enhance strong relationships with customers in the area of responsibility.

•Implement the existing channel strategies in order to maximize long term sales performance and profitability.

•Ensure excellent in store execution. In line with Reckitt’s vision of store objectives, build physical availability of brands, implement the recommended planograms in all customers and achieve all executional targets in line with 4P model.

•Monitor and deliver business KPI’s regarding sales performance, Promo compliance, Out of stock etc.

•Plan and track daily, weekly, monthly activities in line with the agreed coverage plan, customer needs and opportunities in order to deliver monthly volume & value objectives.

•Responsibility of two direct customers from planning to execution, monitoring all relevant KPI’s in line with channel’s strategy.

  • Analysing customer data is second nature, informing your impactful decisions.
  • University Degree is a must/Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
  • Experience as a Sales Representative (mass market channel experience would be considered as desirable, not mandatory).


  • Proven strength in field sales and shopper insights.
  • Insightful category analysis and adept in consultative selling.
  • Strategic thinker, able to craft effective channel strategies with successful product planning.
  • Fluency in English
