Your responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Engineering, Quality and Technical Managers to align CAPEX Plan, production plan and Site Validation Master Plan
  • To ensure the Departmental SOPs and Validation Master Plan are reviewed and updated
  • To schedule and execute validation activities as per the Approved Validation Matrix
  • To form part of cross-function team during Site Risk Assessments
  • To ensure Validation Related Risk Assessments are performed
  • Drafting, executing and reporting on equipment qualifications for new and existing equipment, process validation, cleaning validations systems and utilities used across the Site
  • To perform SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ on newly installed/upgraded equipment’s
  • Compile Validation Protocols and Reports timeously
  • Liaise with various departments regarding Validation Activities
  • To initiate and implement Validation improvements in the areas of cost, quality and customer service
  • To support the EMOs by providing Validation support as required.
  • To support cross functional teams during Trials of NPD/EPD

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelors Degree/Equivalent qualification in Science, Engineering or related field 
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry or FMCG with at least 3 years in Validation
  • Proven track record in a manufacturing environment, with a knack for honing production processes.
  • A solid foundation in process optimisation, keen on both technology and sustainable practises.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret data and a commitment to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering teamwork across all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive approach towards business process enhancement
