About the role

As a Supply Planner at Reckitt, your expertise will drive our production, purchasing, and provide invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. In this strategic role, you are the maestro of data, understanding and interpreting market trends to predict demand with precision. Your responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with US team and communication to the demand to planners
  • Own the relationship with the Production Plants
  • Support the IBP monthly Process
  • Ensure optimum inventory is maintained
  • Manage excess and obsolete stock
  • Maintain inventory at appropriate level to ensure high customer service, while meeting brand inventory targets
  • Review risks with the team and update the weekly market OOS (out of specification) report
  • Support the team with waste reporting
  • Support the team with saving/efficiency opportunities
  • Constant and accurate communication with global supply partners to secure the right amounts on the right time are supplied
  • Support the implementation of new projects related to improving the supply chain, actively participate in ensuring that Canada market dynamics are considered and ensuring that the transition/implementation takes place within the stipulated time and budget

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Math or Business Administration or other relevant
  • Relevant experience in demand planning & forecasting in Consumer Products environments preferred
  • Broader experience in Supply (logistics, customer services, manufacturing)
  • High level in Microsoft Office Excel, Knowledge on Audits Systems (Ex. Nielsen, ATV, Close Up, etc.), SAP APO
  • Proven ability to work and influence at multiple levels
  • Driven by a passion for customer service and an understanding of complex supply chains
  • Skilled in managing a diverse set of data and using it to make informed decisions
  • Able to collaborate across functions and influence without authority
  • Adept at forging strong relationships and building effective partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain planning and advanced data analysis
  • Committed to continuous improvement and excellence in business processes
