About the role

As our Consumer Vigilance Assistant, you are not just fulfilling a function; you are ensuring that every Reckitt product used worldwide meets the highest safety standards. Your keen eye for detail and passion for improving consumer wellbeing will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating our vigour for product excellence.

 

Your responsibilities

- Oversee our vigilant product safety system, ensuring adherence and improvement in our processes.
- Regularly monitor compliance, identifying any gaps and lead implementation of corrective measures.
- Enhance our safety reporting procedures, innovating methods to escalate our safety commitments.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders such as R & D, Marketing, and Supply to manage product lifecycle with safety as a cornerstone.
- Be proactive in proposing improvements and driving changes to solidify consumer confidence in safety.

The experience we're looking for

- A commitment to and an understanding of consumer safety best practises.
- Ability to analyse issues critically and develop practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for effective project management.
- Excellent organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to give independent, clear opinions.
- Commercially aware, with a knack for building partnerships and challenging conventional approaches.
