Your responsibilities

  • Provide expert Data Management input across several studies or regulatory classifications for EG&CR including but not limited to data collection, standards, protocol, DMP, topline and CSR using consumer insights and external focus to meet business needs 
  • Act a the main point of contact for vendors for data ownership, driving consistency and shaping the standards to facilitate an enterprise wide evidence generation datalake
  • Work efficiently and effectively with outsourcing partners and study teams ensuring high quality delivery on time to agreed costs ensuring a year on year reduction in number of vendors 
  • Utilise innovative approaches such as data capture from scans and devices to achieve claims and endpoints
  • Collaborate and integrate expertise from clinical research and Medical Affairs to incorporate clinical endpoints, devices, general approaches and PROs within clinical development protocols
  • Assist in efforts to identify, integrate, and/or develop valid clinical outcome assessments (PRO/COA) measurements for use in clinical programs
  • Ensure Compliance with necessary regulations for quality and disclosure.

The experience we're looking for

  • Have Data Management expertise and experience in a Consumer Healthcare environment or similar around data ownership and data integrity
  • A desire to shape an organisations data specifically by an interest in and experience of various systems facilitating data ownership i.e. data capture, movement, storage and reuse
  • An external focus and development mindset to ensure a knowledge and understanding of recent developments to ensure Reckitt gets to and remains in a competitively advantageous position alongside data
  • Have experience or knowledge working with data from clinical trials and/or real world evidence
  • Have experience managing multiple ongoing projects
  • Have strong business acumen with an agile approach to projects and tasks
