HR Advisor - Fixed Term Contract 12 Months
Kingston Upon Hull, East Yorkshire, Hybrid Working

As a HR advisor you will provide support to the HRBP in R&D with regards to ER case management and resolution, embedding policies together with supporting local and global projects within Reckitt. This will give you a holistic view as an advisor whilst getting exposure to operationally day to day activities with your HRBP, who can support and give you a platform for future development. You will be working in a fast paced, autonomous environment that requires the ability to have a flexible approach, work to deadlines and continuously support business requests.
Responsible for a wide range of HR activities. You’ll:
• Manage Employee Relation cases, provide guidance, support with disciplinaries and grievances
• Partner the HRBP in line with business goals and to execute local HR projects and to support implementation of HR programs.
• Collaborate with the HRBP, Legal Counsel and appropriate third parties to ensure employment law is met.
• Support and embed the leadership development programmes for first line managers.
• Liaise with stakeholders and support with navigating the HR portal during the HR transition period.
• To support strategic recruitment alongside the HRBP and leadership team.
• Delivery of site activities to support engagement
• Analyse data analytics and present trends / analysis on data to the HRBP.
