As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing maintenance activities, providing coaching across several shifts, and leading improvement/culture change as well as ensuring their area consistently delivers against factory Key Performance Indicators. 

In this role you'll:

• Review OEE results on a weekly basis with direct and support teams and agree main issues and improvement plans.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed and, if not, corrective actions are identified and action taken.
• Ensure the performance reviews of the team are carried out on a monthly basis, with any issues\training\development opportunities being communicated to the Asset Care Manager.
• Ensure all accidents\product security failures are reported to the Asset Care Manager\Product Supply Leader or other necessary management streams for investigation.
• Deliver and implement annual local departmental engineering capex plan and validation- we have major upcoming projects in 2023.
• Coach, provide support, whilst leading and driving productivity improvements across the site.

You’ll succeed because… 

• You have either a Degree in Engineering or HNC in electrical/Mechanical or production maintenance engineering.
• You have worked in a fast paced organisation, preferably in a “high care” environment within FMCG.
• You have strong people management experience.
• You are able to motivate and inspire a team of Maintenance Engineers.
