The R&D LIMS Program Organisational Change Manager will be part of the R&D Connected Laboratories team and support the expansion of the Labware LIMS used by R&D to the Global R&D Centres of Excellence. As the R&D LIMS Program Organisational Change Manager, the role holder is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for local site changes linked to the wider global program, procedure updates and training, working with the core global program team and local site resources.
 
You’ll succeed because…

•    You have Project Management experience across multiple locations in multiple time zones
•    You have experience of managing major business transformational change
•    You have the proven ability to implement robust training/communication strategies
•    You are a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
•    You have a proven track record of working with multiple remote sites and cross functional teams successfully
•    You have experience of working in complex Change and Transformation Programmes
