About the role

The Packaging Technical Leader is responsible for all technical packaging activities within the factory/supply area for which they are responsible and ensure that their teams (reports) are aligned and resourced to achieve technical excellence.

Your responsibilities

-Lead new product and process development, determine technology destination and align manufacturing strategy and ensure effective implementation of change to achieve business goals. 

-Operate the Technology Transfer Process and Innovation Process to ensure that robust, reproducible, and efficient manufacturing processes are transferred into production from R&D, contract manufacturers or other RB sites. 

-Manage process development and improvement for Reckitt’s healthcare brands in the areas of cost, quality and customer service.

-Provide troubleshooting support to manufacturing units (as required) for processing issues and to review the robustness and capability of a wide range of existing pharmaceutical products.

-Support the Global Health manufacturing facilities providing technical assistance when required.

The experience we're looking for

-An accomplished project manager, comfortable managing multiple priorities.

-Able to identify ways to increase efficiency and quality whilst reducing costs.

-Solutions-orientated, you define problems, analyse data, test concepts and propose answers.

-Collaborative, able to lead cross functional teams and win support for your recommendations at every level.
