With Quality and Compliance at the centre in all aspects of the role, your primary purpose will be to own the GR&D OpX Quality Management System and associated Management Review process. In addition to managing GR&D OpX functional performance metrics, the role will support the Manager of Global Metrics & Performance in collection & analysis of Global Compliance Metrics.

You’ll succeed because you'll… 

• Manage the GR&D OpX QMS ensuring it is maintained, improved and consistent with the Reckitt QMS
• Lead the GR&D OpX Management Review process including scheduling, performance monitoring, documentation and action tracking
• Act as the Document Controller within the Quality One System for the GR&D OpX compliance site and associated documentation
• Lead the preparation for and hosting of internal and external audits for the OpX function. 
• Provide SME support to the GR&D OpX team in the effective management of change controls and deviations within the Quality One System
• Evolve GR&D OpX metrics in response to strategic and prioritisation changes, implementing new/revised KPIs based on data analytics and latest business strategy, priorities and risk
• Deputise for the Global Metrics & Performance Manager on Global Compliance Metrics and GRDLT Metrics, requiring an in-depth knowledge of the processes
• Actively seeks to improve efficiency and robustness of the metrics collation process and, where possible, drives automation of analysis using Business Intelligence tools

You’ll love it because you'll… 

• Have experience working in a quality or regulatory compliance role, preferably in a FMCG / global matrix environment, with proven capabilities working cross-functionally
• Be IT literate with proficiency in the use of relevant applications and tools, including MS Office 365 Office suite and Power BI
• Be highly competent in the use of applications for data collection, analysis and reporting, with the ability to combine data sets from different sources
• Have experience in techniques for data analysis, knowledge extraction and data trending
• Be an excellent communicator, with networking and interpersonal skills, including Influencing abilities in areas with no direct reporting authority
