•    Ensure the quality management system exceeds global, local and industry standards and work with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
•    Balance a compliance culture with meeting business needs through smart use of data and reporting
•    Identify areas for improvement and implement preventative and corrective processes
•    Protect our reputation, make suppliers more efficient and guarantee our consumers continue to love our brands. 

You’ll succeed because… 
…you’re committed to raising quality standards. Scientifically qualified and familiar with the research or product lifecycle, you:
•    Have a background in quality and / or audit within healthcare or consumer goods
•    Know quality systems and tools design and implementation
•    Have a broad knowledge of international regulatory requirements 
•    Are results-orientated, entrepreneurial and self-motivated. With solid planning and organizational capabilities and the capability to define, evaluate and take risks.
