As our R&D fragrance associate, you will be based in Hull, working with your US counterparts to support the development of consumer loved fragrances, from ideation through launch. Through this, you will be supporting our global purpose to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. 
This is a fast paced, specialist and dynamic role requiring strong collaboration with other key functions within the business as well as external partnerships to create state of the art fragrances. 

 
You’ll succeed because you… 

• Are an experienced fragrance specialist with a Degree in a Scientific discipline. 
• Have strong consumer understanding and experience in sensory testing.
• Are experienced in olfactory acuity.
• Love to develop products in an FMCG environment from concept to launch. 
• Can confidently communicate with internal collaborators globally, with strong skills in planning and organization.
• A subject specialist, able to lead  fragrance development aspects of projects.
