Focusing on the entire Health portfolio and brands (e.g. Gaviscon, Nurofen, Durex, Strepsils) you’ll lead new ways to improve our products. Working with experts from different teams, such as Safety, Regulatory & Supply etc. you’ll make sure we remain competitive, compliant, and safe. Breathing new life to existing household names. Ultimately, you’ll ensure they continue to solve real problems and improve the lives of millions of people globally. You are also expected to be highly focused and know different project styles including longer term projects, shorter term projects and big programme to lead and be capable to use the opportunity for any development as part of frame work. You will assess the scope of programme/projects and ensure they are on time and within budget. You will lead functional team cross all health brands within the defined strategy to understand business needs and opportunities. You will be project manager who will manages projects with full responsibility for project results in the context of delivery to quality, schedule, cost and stakeholders satisfaction.

Degree qualified, you’re also able to communicate effectively with colleagues from different fields. You will drive a continuous improvement culture including knowledge management and lessons learned.
