R&D Technical Project Lead - 12 month FTC

A technical project lead in Reckitt’s New Growth Platforms Innovation team, managing the end-to-end product development creating commercial/professional use products (B2B), primarily under the Dettol Pro Solutions brand. 

You’ll succeed because…

•    You work cross-functionally with teams such as Regulatory, Supply, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Global & Local R&D teams to ensure delivery against a project timeline.
•    You are a strong communicator, you effectively manage and influence key stakeholders both internally and externally, including offering direct technical advice to End User customers. 
•    You take ownership of technical data as part of required Regulatory dossiers and will directly support Commercial functions with their data/information requests as required. 
•    You are degree qualified in a scientific discipline, with experience in FMCG product development or project management and a customer-facing role. While this role is not primarily based in a lab environment, an understanding and experience of GMP is an advantage as there may be some requirement for a laboratory presence.  
•    You are a passionate leader, this role has the possibility of managing direct report(s).
