The Regulatory Process & Change Management team leads process development, self inspection and continual improvement activities within Global Regulatory, along with providing Support for compliance initiatives across the Regulatory function.

 Within the team you will:
•    Supports Manager and Associates through completion of day-to-day tasks including those related to project activities.
•    Takes direction from Manager and Associates to execute tasks in line with set timings and deadlines.
•    Understands the interests and priorities of team members and key stakeholders that they interact with.  Discusses and negotiates as appropriate to ensure successful completion of action plans.
•    Uses business systems e.g. TrackWise, GRAIS, CARA & TDS to confirm compliance activities.
•    Working within the regulatory community identify, develop and train out key change management processes which ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
•    Engage with business partners to deliver compliance on regulatory driven activities.
•    Manage Regulatory driven changes, through robust change management, taking care to follow best practise and measure and achieve KPI’s.
