About the role

Seeking a Site Services Compliance Lead eager to make an impact! As a Site Services Compliance Lead within one of our agile-factory teams, you'll be the spark that drives project efficiency and innovation. Your responsibilities

-The Site Services Compliance Leader will ensure that all items of plant and equipment are maintained to the appropriate standard to ensure that their performance is safe, reliable and in accordance with the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) whilst at the same time continually improving performance, plant and systems to support the development of the Site Facilities and contributing to the site functions meeting their customer service, quality and cost targets.

-You will be responsible for developing and ensuring compliance to relevant engineering, quality and safety regulations and standards.

-You will ensure that policies and procedures comply with company, regulatory and statutory requirements, including in areas of Health and Safety, Environment, cGMP, and Quality. Specially, Legionella, Asbestos, PSSR, LOLER, Environmental Agency Permit, Waste disposal regulations and Wastewater discharge consent.

-Implement policies and procedures within company guidelines and site rules.

The experience we're looking for

-Degree or HND in Engineering or related subject with 3-5 year’s experience in engineering\ maintenance\project management roles.

-Achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment.

-Skills in terms of innovation and problem solving.

-Good IT skills including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and planning software.

-Experience in management of engineering or maintenance staff at all levels of expertise with the ability to communicate skilfully with both staff and customers
