About the role

Reckitt is searching for an HR Coordinator who can carry the torch for our HR processes, adding a personal touch to the employee journey. Your meticulous attention to detail, dedication to maintaining impeccable records, and keenness to enhance our HR strategies are crucial to our collaborative environment. Your responsibilities

  • Learning and Development (Training) – in charge of event management and coordination for the Learning & Development activities that are organized under Human Resources program. 
  • Employee Engagement and Communication – Prepare communication materials such as emails & newsletters to inform stakeholders about upcoming activities and driving employee engagement activities. 
  • Change Management – Assist the implementation of in-market Change Management activities, coordinate with Project Team (Change management team), HR team, and other key stakeholders. 
  • Organize and maintain HR documents and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.  
  • Perform ad-hoc assigned projects* as required in a high-quality, timely basis 

The experience we're looking for

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to handle changing task priorities and work situations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or equivalent with excellent academic track record.
  • Local national or eligibility to work in Malaysia
