We are looking for a skilled  Media Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Media planning, monitoring, control for all media channels, where current key focus and complexity continuously moves towards Digital 
  • Execution of media activations in line with agreed media strategy&key performance indicators (KPIs) for UA market 
  • Media performance tracking and optimization to deliver the best media & business outcomes 
  • Managing media budget and spending commitments for TV&digital partners 
  • Track measurement and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) by closely working with assigned Media/Digital agencies 
  • Cooperation with global Reckitt media structures in terms of ongoing projects. Testing, taking care of implementation in local markets, new tools implementation 
  • Preparation of full recommendation for launches both in TV & Digital
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 
  • Media input for brand planning, brand reviews and other frequent presentations 
  • Analyzing competitor's media strategies to improve RBs campaign effectiveness & competitiveness 
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies 
  • Support e-Commerce activations/promos 
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Multimedia experience with extensive TV&Digital knowledge and experience
  • FMCG Brand Management / other Media experience in leading multinational organizations could be an advantage
  • Advanced practical digital knowledge from the chosen areas would be additional value: influencers, SM, video, display, google ecosystem, martech set up&enablement
  • Proactive attitude/responsible with high ownership
  • Leading strategy and tactical support for the Clients Advanced project management skills in a cross-functional matrix
  • Fluent English (written&spoken)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills, data orientation and logical thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills and teamwork approach
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what's needed
  • Exceptional project management, handling multiple tasks, multifunctional team experience
