About the role

As Medical Marketing Manager at Reckitt, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for our medicine products in Ukraine. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, combined with strong marketing expertise to effectively position our products and drive brand growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns and materials for medicine products in alignment with industry regulations and company policies
  • Define and articulate the unique value propositions of our medicine products
  • Work closely with the medical team to support the delivery of accurate, evidence-based information to healthcare professionals
  • Ensure that marketing materials and messaging align with the latest medical research and clinical data
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and market data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, industry associations, and internal teams
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards affecting pharmaceutical marketing
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Medical, Health sciences or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/OTC marketing or sales
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, product marketing, and regulatory compliance
  • Fluent Ukrainian, intermediate English is an advantage
  • A thorough grasp of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
