Sales Training Specialist (Maternity)

Responsibilities
- Develop training resources e.g. preparation of notes and visual displays
- Conduct training courses including demonstrating equipment, operating video recorders/cameras and leading group discussions or role-playing activities
- Plan and create training programs due to business needs
- Build quarterly and annual training program
- Competencies model tool building and providing
- Assessment tools and cases creating and providing for current employees
- Monitor sales objectives and results
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; evaluation involves using such methods as surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and observation, then using the results to plan future courses or to amend existing ones
- Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
- Use and implement new ways in employee development (on-line tools, internal company’s platforms, brand-new training solutions based on market trends)
- Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars
- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs
- Encourage employees for training
We expect:
- Proven experience as Trainer (min 1-2 year)
- Pharma knowledge as a plus, but not necessary
- High presentation skills
- Deep knowledge on training activities
- Learning agility
- Strong level of MS Office knowledge (Power Point, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ready to business trips (approximately 60-70% of workload)
- High energy level
- Upper-Intermediate English
