About the role

Are you ready to become the cornerstone of our supply chain, ensuring our customers get what they need when they need it? As a Demand Planner for large markets or Demand Planning Manager for smaller markets at Reckitt, your expertise will drive our production, purchasing, and provide invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. In this strategic role, you are the maestro of data, understanding and interpreting market trends to predict demand with precision. Your responsibilities

  • Manages product availability and highlights service risks
  • Actively collaborates with Factories and Connected Planning to ensure right product availability
  • Manages inventory levels (NWC) and reviews and sets up STD's leading to appropriate safety stock
  • Supports Supply Review
  • Drives SLOB (slow-moving and obsolete) reviews
  • Leads root causing and OOS/Distress process and communication to Commercial
  • Updates OOS distress portion of customer reporting (e.g. Rossmann)
  • Leads monthly provision and SLOB process
  • Leads and executes allocation process based on directions from DP/commercial
  • Manages factory write-offs and FG scrap portion of Supply Chain Losses
  • Manages product changeovers and discontinuation, including communication towards factories and DP
  • Attends projects meetings with NPI and Marketing teams
  • Review of short-term availability requests from KAM's
  • Contributes to EURANZ Weekly Service Calls
  • Supports decomplexity reviews

The experience we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in Supply Planning
  • Understanding of supply chain flow between manufacturing sites and market
  • Structured approach to work and good follow-up discipline to manage portfolio of 150+ SKUs
  • Strong ability to navigate well a dynamic environment to manage changes in terms of portfolio transitions or short term requests
  • Skillset to manage and prioritize among requests efficiently
  • Able to build strong relationship with different teams in the organization
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and planning system/s such as Kinaxis or SAP would be beneficial
  • FMCG experience is a plus but not mandatory
