Job Mission

As a BM at Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to take a major market by storm. The Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall category strategy, and is expected to drive the growth of the assigned brands through excellent marketing execution.


Main responsibilities

-    To manage a brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability.
-    To develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget
-    To contribute to the development of category strategies
-    Contributing to Reckitt Innovation by delivering a product development programme to generate consistent sales and profit growth
-    To develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media & digital strategy and plans
-    To initiate and manage consumer & market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans
-    To lead the development of local copy strategy/executions and/or to ensure adaptation possible for other regions
-    In close co-operation with the Sales function and Trade Marketing. Identify trade needs/opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands
-    To develop new products / concepts, working closely with factories and R&D departments.

-    Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level in a business related subjects – from a recognised University.
-    English High level required
-    3 Years marketing experience must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within and FMCG environment.
-    Strong commercial awareness

-    The business language in RB is English, therefore fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other language(s) is advantageous.

-    Presentation skills – preparation and communication
