About the role

Reckitt is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Finance Graduate to join our team. You'll be a pivotal part of a team shaping the financial strategies that drive our success. In this role, you'll not only crunch numbers; you'll gain invaluable insight working alongside our finance leaders. Your responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for…

• Monitoring and analysing the performance of the business categories on the daily basis
• Construct together with the business teams our annual and quarterly P&L, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis for business planning
• Contribute to business process improvements and uphold our commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Execute monthly and year-end closing activities. Investigate any deviation from the PL/Forecast

The experience we're looking for

- Finance, accounting, or business administration background.
- Proven proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- History of working with a meticulous eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong project management experience within a finance context.
