Your core responsibility is to drive Content Excellence across All E-commerce Platforms and manage REAL framework for Review & Ratings.

• Be an active member of E-commerce team, demonstrating ‘growth hacking’ and ‘resourceful’ mindset
• Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to Catalog Management
• Work with ‘Approved’ content to make it visible across all platforms and ALL SKUs
• Maintain high level of discipline and execution excellence to ensure 100% SKUs has desired content – primary image, secondary images and product description
• Where necessary, adopt Base content to ensure it meets platform requirements
• Have deep understanding of SKU prioritization based on Traffic & Conversion rate trends
• Fully own execution of SiS banners, Store feed and any Live chat feature
• Drive REAL framework for Review & Ratings
- Respond to Questions & Negative Comments
- Encourage Positive comments through acknowledgement
- Amplify Ratings & Reviews through 3rd party service providers
- Leverage by cross fertilizing insights to other part of E-com & Marketing organization, particularly linked with Negative Reviews
• Where necessary, follow up with platforms / 3p partners on response particularly to questions and negative reviews and Chat responsiveness
• Assign Reason codes to positive and negative reviews to have a better pulse on consumer sentiments
• Keep track of different means available to engage Store Followers (example: store feed, app notifications etc.) and maintain an active content calendar to leverage on this capability
• Operationalize scorecards that ensure visibility and transparency to various Catalog KPIs – including Review & Ratings
• Know how to apply eCommerce Traffic model to work across variables and understand their linkage while executing Catalog Management responsibilities
 

Professional Skills and Competencies:

• Background and experience in online marketing is an advantage. Must be a proactive self-starter with can-do attitude; demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit;
• Strong analytical and data mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions
• Command over Data & Insights tools, particularly Excel
• Experience of working with dominant eCommerce player in the market is an added advantage
• Strong inter-personal skills, able to independently engage internal and external stakeholders
• Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
• Sound Commercial acumen; Marketing with a FMCG Brand is an added advantage
• Degree qualified or equivalent in a business-related discipline preferred
