Graduate Trainee - Finance
Program Summary
The program will consist of an 18-month intensive development program wherein Graduate Trainees will be rotated amongst different functions working towards a project that will help achieve the goals for their assigned role.
Graduate Trainees will be given the freedom to succeed and be supported in ways that will suit their needs. Support will be given through the learning framework of Reckitt comprised of training, mentorship, and experiential learning. This will translate into exposure to different training programs, being assigned a specific mentor to guide them throughout their journey, and make sure that they get a fruitful and meaningful experience along the way.
Finance helps to drive value creation and strive to provide a solid financial foundation. Partnering with our business to co-create efficient processes with stakeholders and influence impactful business decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn about the different functions of the Finance team and how they contribute to the business working with their various stakeholders
- Observe experienced employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of their departmental duties
- Receive training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities
- Coordinate closely with different leadership teams and various business/operation units to meet the stakeholders’ needs
- Initiate projects and ensure implementation of the outcomes correctly for maximum benefit in terms of cost, fit, and strategy
- Interact with different stakeholders in key business channels to observe and provide business insights to further drive the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accountancy, or other similar courses
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Graduates with a maximum of 2 years relevant work experience may also apply!
