About the role

Your responsibilities

1.           Ensure accomplishment of routine environmental monitoring per required frequency

2.           Issue out EM Corrective Action form for EMP hits for processing within the expected timeframe

3.           Encode and release the EMP results linked to product release in GLIMS – no delay

4.           Release of line after a major cleaning event (ATP swabbing) as per target leadtime (even outside office hours)

5.           Compliance of EM program to global SOPs through corporate and internal audits

6.           Communicate all necessary EM information to Plant hygienist and key stakeholders. Regularly update the team through weekly and/or monthly KPI reports.

7.           Ensure that stocks for sampling and preparatory testing are sufficient

8.           Ensures that invoices of purchase orders are processed timely.

9.           Conduct of routine cGMP trainings per required frequency

10.         Provide the required RCA CAPA reports for all assigned investigations per target leadtime

11.         Submit cleaning qualification reports per project leadtime

12.         Ensure that cleaning/sanitizing agents and pesticides are registered, qualified and updated in the matrix

13.         Ensure product safety, quality and food safety

14.         Monitor the implementation of the Integrated Pest Management Program of the facility.

The experience we're looking for

  • B.S. Biology, Microbiology, Food Technology or any other science related course
  • 6 months to 1-year micro laboratory and manufacturing exposure
  • Basic knowledge in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Knowledge in Food Safety Management System and Integrated Pest Management is an advantage.
  • Adept in data analysis, knows how to do training and with foundation in root-cause analysis
  • A team player and able to collaborate with other groups
