Global Commercial Sales Analyst

DESCRIPTION

 

The Global Commercial Sales Analyst reports to the Global Account Direcor and is responsible for supporting the Global Account Team to drive net revenue, gross margin, market share, best practice, and consistent reporting in all categories across the global customer portfolio.

MISSIONS

 

You will be responsible for …

  • On time payment of international contracts invoices, management of the internal market cross charges in collaboration with finance and annual financial closure with customers.
  • Ensuring efficient business monitoring through monthly update of: 

-    KPI dashboards (combining Financial, Market Share and Engagement data)
-    Financial Tracker
-    Net Invoiced Sales collected from markets
-    Sell-out Trackers

 

  • Reporting and analysing for the Internal Monthly Performance Review

-    Sell-in: Financial KPIs (Net Revenue, Trade Investment and Gross Margin) by Business unit, Market and Brand v last year and v plan.
-    Sell-out: Category, Reckitt and competitor value sales performance from customer data platforms.

 

  • Monthly reporting on turnover & counterpart scorecards

-    Understanding key drivers of performance by market and corrective actions if performance is below plan
-    Reporting internally to team and externally to customers

  • Annual collection of “country plan” numbers and key building blocks to monitor business efficiently with markets.
  • Lead business process improvement with internal and external contacts.
  • Further projects to drive your development.

PROFILE

 

  • Highly numerate and analytical, including strong computer literacy skills (Advanced Excel, experienced Powerpoint)
  • Commercial FMCG experience.
  • Action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with a high number of people at all levels within the Reckitt organisations.
  • Strong planning and time management skills. 
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fluent French and English. (Portuguese and Spanish too would be an advantage!)
