eCommerce

The eRB function is the eCommerce and digital execution engine of Reckitt. We help create a healthier, cleaner world by building shared success with our consumers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible through online channels. 
 
Within eRB we're focused on accelerating the performance and purpose of Reckitt brands to empower a bigger, faster and bolder eCommerce and digital business. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. 
 
Reckitt has around 800 eCommerce people across the world. In-market roles cover areas such as online Key Accounts and Performance Marketing, regional roles work with the markets to provide specialist expertise to accelerate online growth, and our global teams cover areas such as Amazon, EB2B and Direct to Consumer. 
 

About The Role

We're on the lookout for a proactive and innovative E-commerce Executive – a master at navigating the digital marketplace and propelling our online presence to new heights. Your responsibilities

- Drive online sales and enhance brand recognition across e-commerce platforms through strategic development and implementation. 
- Ensure a standout Reckitt presence online with up-to-date product information, competitive pricing, and engaging promotions. 
- Craft analysis-led strategies by studying market trends and consumer behaviours to optimise our e-commerce approach. 
- Team up with various departments to orchestrate effective digital campaigns, promotions, and product introductions specifically designed for e-commerce audiences. 
- Leverage KPIs, sales data, and consumer intelligence to shape strategic decision-making and amplify online sales performance. 
- Cultivate and manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, service providers, and key partners to bolster our e-commerce ventures. 

The experience we're looking for

- Solid background in e-commerce or digital marketing within consumer goods with a history of propelling sales growth. 
- Keen insight into online retail environments, platforms, and digital marketing tactics. 
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable delving into sales data and translating insights into action. 
- Proven project management capabilities with a knack for coordination and clear communication. 
- Innovative and adaptable, always ready to embrace new trends and technologies in the e-commerce space.
