Senior Integrated Communication Planning Manager France Benelux

What will you be responsible for?

 

The Senior Integrated Communications Planning Manager plays a critical role in delivering brand growth through Comms planning. This role is designed to embrace the integration of Media, Content and Creative skill sets especially within the Digital space. Reporting into the Head of Media, the position requires an experienced and energised Media Professional with a track record in media planning. The ideal candidate would also have a background in Account Management and/or Creative/PR experience, but this is not mandatory. 


Missions 
 

  • Coordinate internal and external specialists to deliver the Annual Brand Communications Plan
    • Main point of contact for key Agency Planners and Local Market Media Owners
    • Ensure rigour is applied to key stages in the process to ensure a solid case for Business growth 
    • Create and own the local strategic framework for all Communications
  • Define target audience and consumer journey in collaboration with global, local brand teams and external agencies
  • Lead the brands Media & Comms strategy, including digital ecosystem together with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing teams for our FRBNL cluster
  • Ensure our internal creative studio delivers projects on time, according to the briefs & Media guidelines, within the agreed scope of work (planning, delivery and optimization)
  • Own and deploy the Local Comms Planning Agenda for FRBNL
  • Drive the local mROI program levering global tools & best practices

Are you the one?

 

  • +5 years of experience in Communication Management in a fast pace environment (client of agency side)
  • You have great communication skills with people at all levels of the organisation
  • You are organised, care about the details and can track many actions on multiple projects
  • Entrepreneurial skills in terms of proactivity and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
  • In line with Reckitt core values, achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment
  • You are numerate with a strong commercial sense 
  • Facilitation skills and aptitude
