Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Launch your career in sales with a dynamic internship at Reckitt! This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the fast-paced world of sales from the inside out. As an intern in our slaes organisation, you'll learning about analysis, 4P strategy and customer engagement. You'll gain hands-on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Support in managing relation with external partner or agency (merchandising, in store activities, displays..) handling the full flow: from the brief to the creation of samples up to the final implementation
  • Coordination of internal and external interlocutors to ensure the correct production times of pop materials (display materials, shelf visibility) for the different sales channels
  • Monitoring in store execution strategies in order to leverage good performance and suggest corrective actions if needed
  • Post – Monitoring POS activity with ROI approach, analysis of sell in and sell out data with the aim of identifying new opportunities
  • Collaboration with Sales field force to ensure brilliant execution and deployment of the strategy in the Point of Sales
  • Support in the management of documents, presentations and all materials that help the sales force (sales folders, trade story) and management of ad hoc requests 

The experience we're looking for

•MSc Degree in Economics
•Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects
