With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be fully included as part our team. You’ll take responsibility for sales and commercial projects from the outset, gaining new skills and experience. The focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support and mentoring of our experienced team. 

 

Activities:

  • Supporting the tracking of the 4P guidelines (Presence, Positioning, Promotion, Price) by channel;
  • Analysis of sell out data (“Nielsen” database) and identification of mind gap versus brand plan; interaction with Sales and Marketing functions;
  • Implementation and evaluation of launch plans and category projects (“spaceman” tool);
  • Monitoring of Sales KPIs; creation of presentations for the sales force;
  • Management of communications flow to the sales force;
  • Relationship with communication agencies.

Requirements:

  • MSc Degree in Economics
  • Fluency in English & Italian
  • Great Excel skills
