Reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce, you will optimize existing business performance in order to achieve company goals (sales, profit, new customers and items listing). You will have the freedom and opportunity to explore and establish new digital sales strategy, explore business opportunities and translate them quickly into incremental sales. You will work with a true entrepreneur spirit and motivate a multi-functional team, supervising all aspects of the whole sales process, to deliver profitable volume. You will be fully responsible for your business case. 

•Defining the E-commerce 5-year strategy
•Managing multiple brands and customers in a newly developed channel
•Exploring new business opportunities in Digital world
•Responsible for drive the growth on whole Ecom customers: Meaning AMZ 1P, MKTPLC, D2C Vertical Player, & EPharma channel
•Designing a differentiating Strategic Approach on different Platforms, driving a Winning commercial Strategy, sharing an Omichannel mentality 
•Full P&L Management for the entire Channel From Top Line to Profit
•Prioritizing and managing resources through a complex and non established sales process ( redefining commercial policy and driving implementation of it).

•Ecommerce experience plus – must commercial (sales/trade) experience in multinationals
•5yrs experience
•People management experience
