About the role
The Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) focuses on managing customer inventory replenishment and demand forecasting at the SKU/Store level using internal system tools as well as customer tools (portals) to have more assertive visibility into the business.
Your responsibilities
- Upload business strategies with National Accounts.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on customers' main KPIs.
- Actively participate in the preparation of production forecasting for an optimal level of service with all club customers.
- PPT presentations with summary of main customer offer KPIs. For customer reviews or internal reviews
- Detect opportunities at SKU/Store level to level inventories and maximize revenue.
- Preparation and adjustment of customer purchase forecasting to maintain optimal omnichannel inventories.
- Monitor inventory levels at the customer level to ensure they remain on target.
- Monitoring and tracking of inventories through Scorecards
- Follow-up of order shortages (Sell In / Sell Out)
- Timely follow-up of Reckitt's internal forecasts and customers.
The experience we're looking for
- Completed bachelor's degree or engineering
- Internal systems (Power BI,Excel) Customer portals
- +2 years of experience in the position or similar
- Advanced Excel, knowledge of customer portals in national accounts, SAP is a plus
