About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Admin to join our vibrant legal team at Reckitt. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their legal expertise. You will engage with various teams, contributing to our dynamic culture while developing autonomy in your role. Your responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, managing day-to-day tasks efficiently.
- Undertake research on legal developments, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve.
- Assist with contract management and maintain impeccable legal document archives.
- Facilitate the organisation of meetings and coordinate with external law firms.
- Handle communications, including processing invoices and tracking legal expenditures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of our legal procedures.

The experience we're looking for

- Previous experience or qualifications as identified by your future line manager.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise a diverse workload and meet challenging deadlines.
- Solid communication skills and a foundation in legal services.
- A continuous improvement mindset aimed at streamlining processes.

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
