Innovation Project Scoping & Delivery
•    Achieve financial targets for eCommerce innovation online
•    Support the development of annual brand planning and strategy
•    Work in conjunction with the global category, global eCommerce innovation, and area innovation to influence the global pipeline based on specific channel needs and opportunities.
•    Execute product launches agreed upon by the specific region.
•    Ideate and deliver product development programs to further margin growth.
•    Manage cross-functional projects and act as a key project holder for key foundation & power-up innovations.
•    Execute key system processes including internal project management & management systems
•    Cooperate closely with commercial and trade marketing functions to align on trade needs and opportunities of key e-retailers. Also, collaborate to develop pricing and distribution strategies in line with the overall brand strategy.

Data & Insights:
•    Generate insights through inherent curiosity utilizing syndicated data, market reports, and sales data for Reckitt categories & white spaces.
•    Asses new opportunities for Reckitt categories & white spaces.

Relationship Management:
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful project management including Performance Marketing, Commercial, Supply, Regulatory, & Legal
•    Work together with the Global eCommerce Innovation and Global categories team to influence the global pipeline and deliver best-in-class eCommerce innovation while following best practices.
•    Collaborate and align with the Po1 team (brand marketing and trade marketing) to execute the brand strategy online.
•    Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to gather insights and develop data-led innovations.
