A fantastic opportunity is available for a Consumer Experience Manager to join our eCommerce team. As an eCommerce Associate CX Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and designing consumer journey spanning the full funnel. Your role will be integral to our mission in achieving the best consumer journey for any parent on the Infant Child Nutrition business.

The eCommerce Associate CX Manager will have a consumer centric perspective to navigate through the journey of a consumer and addressing the barriers and accentuating the triggers. They will be responsible for the content strategy on all the eCommerce platforms which include Amazon and Bricks & Clicks. They will also be responsible for identifying and activating key events across eCommerce environment. With the quantum of data available, he/she needs to convert them into actionable insights which can help improve the conversion on details pages. The CX team will work in close collaboration with Legal, Regulatory, Commercial, Media and Finance.

You’ll succeed because…

•    Using a consumer centric approach and data driven creation of and adoption of consumer journey’s maps across the full funnel on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon,,, and all eDrug and eClub Channels

•    Deploying Display Strategy for all eCommerce platforms to win the consumer at the right time with right messaging

•    Deploy end-to-end consumer journey based creative strategy and developing/activating various touchpoints within the consumer journey – Reactivation, win back, ratings, and reviews, re-targeting etc.

•    Partner on campaign execution and measurement including creative development to ensure best-in-class cross-channel execution and brand consistency.

•    Develop a digital strategy supporting overall brand growth and targets on-platform

•    Foster and support a data-driven culture where decisions are supported by market trends, research, testing, and analysis for all creative activations.

•    Implement advanced segmentation strategy that encompasses various consumer profiles and triggers based on prior purchase or engagement history (product interest, brand affinity, gender, and sports segmentation).

•    On-going optimization and orchestration of journey strategy based on data-driven analysis and insights.

•    Develop measurable, global, omni-channel, lifecycle marketing programs that open an ongoing dialogue with the consumer and ultimately drive engagement, retention and LTV

You’ll love it because…

Educational Background

•    Masters preferred, bachelor’s in Design/marketing/media/communication or similar.

Professional Experience

•    Demonstrated experience drafting CX Journey’s/strategies/campaigns and executing them

•    Deep understanding of consumer insights Experience with advertising and agency ecosystem in television, digital, and mobile, inclusive of technology platforms, available data sources and methods of executing data-driven campaigns.
