As a Business Analyst at Reckitt, you’ll support the Consumer and Shopper Activation team for our market-leading brands Lysol, Airwick, Finish and Resolve. You will also be responsible for total portfolio view to support the Activation Team Lead.
Responsibilities are split between financial deliverables (budget tracking, system management and analytical work (redemption forecast accuracy, and ROI analysis) as well as tactical activation (Artwork delivery, proof approvals).

Job Responsibilities
- Lead Day to Day budget management for Hygiene Activations:
- Set Up program budgets and POs
- SAP / Ariba - Invoice Process including Goods Receipt
- Work closely with Activation managers and Agency to ensure annual budget is on track
- Track Redemption forecast monthly (working with finance partners to ensure date into Power BI system is accurate)
Executional Excellence:
- Support Activation Managers with activation programs, sourcing artwork from brand teams and securing program details to share with LARS/vendors/Agency
- DFSI – pack shots, OCR codes, Coupon detail forms, proofing, eligible UPCs
- Ibotta proofing - pack shots, eligible UPCs, etc.

Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree, interest in Consumer/Shopper Marketing a plus
- Exceptional excel skills
- Basic understanding of budget management
- Demonstrates a commitment to learning and developing in either finance or marketing
- Very strong relationship building, and verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and process oriented
- Passion for analytics and discovering the “why” when facing a challenging situation
- Aptitude and ability to navigate company resources
