About the role

The Global People Services Lead, NA and Canada is accountable for leading Global People Services (GPS) Operations for the North American region, which includes Payroll & HR Operations services delivered locally and other HR services provided remotely by GPS India center. This role would be part of GPS leadership team and acts as an escalation point for all GPS services provided to the NAC region. In this role, you'll drive monthly GPS services governance meetings with key senior stakeholders including Human Resources Directors, Finance Directors and Finance Controllers. You'll bring your expertise to a vibrant team, ensuring our payroll processes shine with precision and compliance. Your analytical skills will not only reinforce the trust of our employees but also contribute to our culture of transparency and fairness.

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee HR Services for North America, fostering collaboration and conducting performance evaluations
  • Ensure US & Canada payroll processes adhere to SOPs, guidelines, and regulations
  • Manage and control time and attendance data, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
  • Utilize dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and project management tools for effective operations
  • Participate in critical projects, applying project management methodologies for issue resolution
  • Highlight deviations, ensure adherence to compliance, and collaborate with payroll partners and advisors
  • Work with HR teams in India and the UK to resolve HR operations issues and conduct root cause analyses
  • Act as the single point of contact for queries and issues, partnering with HR, finance, audit, and payroll stakeholders
  • Review and correct payroll errors, report financial impacts, and ensure accurate payroll systems
  • Lead initiatives for audit, productivity, learning, and development, and contribute to transformation projects
  • Partner with vendors to ensure operational efficiency and maximize ROI beyond contractual obligations
  • ​​​​​​Lead continuous improvement efforts including review of new and emerging technologies and solutions
  • Develop 3-5 years roadmap and strategy for Reckitt HR service delivery

The experience we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in HR, HR Services, Payroll or relevant background
  • Proven experience as a HR Services/ Operations/ Outsourcing business in North America
  • Must have relevant North America payroll experience on with understanding of FLSA, Supplemental Wages, computation of OTs and Bonuses
  • Proven managerial skills with respect to manage HR Operations and Payroll Teams
  • Adept at Change Management and Communications
  • Knowledge of one or more of the HRIS and Payroll application systems
  • Experience with Global View platform & SuccessFactors preferred 
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix organization
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be effective in prioritization and networking within Organization’s ecosystem
  • Demonstrated aptitude for acquiring new technical skills in data reporting
  • Ability to influence at a senior level across functions (HR, Finance, IS, BSG, IMEX, 3rd party support).

US salary ranges

USD $151,000.00  -  $227,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
