Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The Junior Key Account Manager will have the accountability to drive profitable and sustainable sales growth in partnership with our external brokers. They also will support with whitespace growth opportunities (including, but not limited to, Dollar Channel and Specialized markets) along with supporting the Broker team with any analytical needs. 

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

•    Develop and manage broker and customer relationships for the Nutrition category. 
•    They will develop and implement strategies, in partnership with Trade Marketing, to ensure our Reckitt business strategies and 4P deliverables are achieved through our broker channels. 
•    This person will need to take a proactive approach in finding new growth opportunities across the US through onboarding new customers and distributors
•    Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and target for the national account (NR, COP, NWC and trade spend)
•    Fully responsible for forecasting and trade spend management across all their accounts
•    Maintain POS/GS analytics tools and data analysis to form deep understanding of the business
•    Partner with Customer Service to ensure supply and service levels are met / exceeded
•    Overall continuous improvement - identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement through management of categories

The experience we're looking for

•    4-year college degree preferred or equivalent management experience 
•    Minimum 18 months of sales experience
•    Strong analytical foundation with knowledge of syndicated data, customer management process, as well as Microsoft Office 
•    Previous experience working with Brokers is preferred 
•    Ability to travel required 
•    Strong knowledge of sales function processes and cross-functional exposure to other Reckitt Business Operations 
•    Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods industry

US salary ranges

USD $97,000.00  -  $145,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
