Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The Drug - Nutrition Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting National Sales Director, Key Account Managers and Team Leader by leveraging data to drive in-market implementation and ensure follow-up/tracking of 4Ps initiatives. Key areas of responsibility include supporting the team in identifying and finding solutions to close in-mkt 4Ps gaps, improving forecasting for channel, and leverage POS data from Nielsen/IRI to provide the insights that allows us to grow our business.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
• Supports Key Account Managers (KAM's) & Team Leader (TL) with in-depth data analysis of strengths/weaknesses of current execution of 4Ps strategies.
• Must understand national 4Ps strategies and drill down to the Drug Class of Trade level to understand how these strategies are working in-market. Includes using data to make recommendations on opportunities for customizing national strategies for Drug Channel customers when needed.
• Provides analysis of competitive activity and recommend defensive strategies where needed.
• Performs high-level, in-depth analyses using syndicated data.
• Measures performance and impact of initiatives. Communicates results effectively across the business.
• Supports KAM's and TL to seek, create and develop new business opportunities to build brand consumption.
The experience we're looking for
• 4 year college degree.
• 2 years’ experience and proven knowledge/understanding of Syndicated Data: Nielsen, Panel, Spectra, Brand U&As or the equivalent.
• Some direct Sales and/or Brand Management experience with cross functional exposure to other Business Operations preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to independently conduct in-depth data analysis and use the data to develop strong, persuasive selling stories.
• Good understanding of Customer Management Process.
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI) with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully multi-task.
• Knowledge of Consumer packaged goods industry.

US salary ranges
USD $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
