As a Senior Buyer with Reckitt, you will be able to make a huge impact within the scope of co-packing. You will be responsible for leading and implementing purchase-initiated projects.

Working in an autonomous role as part of a truly global team, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling co-packing negotiations
• Re-scoping contracts by interacting with cross-functional teams
• Identifying internal & external benchmarks to drive synergy and cost saving opportunities
• Using e-tools such as Ariba to negotiate with co-packers
• Leading contract management and negotiating contracts with suppliers
• Working with cross-functional teams to screen, propose, and develop new co-packers
• Representing procurement at cross-functional meetings
• Supporting Category Leads & Suppliers to resolve and settle claims
• Ensuring all co-packers are compliance with regulatory requirements 

You’ll succeed because you… 

• Have 4+ years of experience in Procurement and Project Management
• Obtain a Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, or other related disciplines; an MBA would be advantageous
• Bring high-level negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
• Possess knowledge in e-tools such as Ariba
