Your responsibilities
3 PL & Warehouse Management
- Act as the single point of contact between Reckitt and the 3PL.
- Monitor daily warehouse operations (inbound, storage, picking, packing, Embellishment (VAS), outbound).
- Ensure operations are executed in line with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and contractual scope
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews with the 3PL
- Ensure the 3PL is adequately prepared for peak periods and EMB campaigns
- Provide clear operational visibility on risks, constraints, and mitigation plans
- Lead on-site issue resolution for service failures, quality deviations, and delays
- Go-live and ramp up support by being on site and co-ordinate between 3 PL & Colleagues from German office.
Inventory & Storage management:
- Oversee inventory accuracy, traceability, and stock integrity
- Manage Cycle count procedure with 3 PL and monitor the inventory discrepancy & root cause (Warehouse damage, factory damage etc).
- Ensure optimum utilization of storage locations in warehouse in collaboration with 3 PL.
Inbound and Outbound
- Co-ordination & Prioritization of Inbound & Outbound including time slot management with colleagues from German office (Supply planning. Logistics and customer service).
- Freight out order consolidation asper agreement Reckitt control tower concept.
- Manage order consolidation across two companies operating from the same warehouse to maximize synergies
- Align closely with the 3PL, transport planners, and internal stakeholders to combine compatible orders into optimized loads
- On-site point of contact for hauliers for time slot management.
- Support logistics colleagues from German office related to claims made by hauliers (On time arrival, demurrage etc).
Embellishment or Value-added Services
- Ensure Embellishment production orders placed by Embellishment planner from german office is delivered by 3 PL on time & in full.
- On-Site support to manage Embellishment capacities & throughput.
- Control the Embellishment cost proposal made by 3 PL for each new EMB SKU.
Quality, Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Ensure health, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained by the 3PL
- Support internal and external audits and closure of findings
KPI Reporting and Analysis
- Own and review daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports provided by the 3PL.
- Track, Analyse and validate key KPIs such as productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, EMB throughput
- Prepare root-cause analysis for service failures, backlogs, and missed SLAs, ensuring actions address underlying issues.
- Prepare Ad-hoc reports asper line-managers request. 3 PL Collaboration and Improvements
- Identify performance gaps and agree on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Support joint improvement projects with clear ownership and benefits tracking.
- Strengthen the partnership while ensuring accountability remains with the 3PL
- Track and report progress on continuous improvement initiatives and agreed action plans.
The experience we're looking for
- At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Engineering.
- At least. 5-7 years of experience in Warehouse management & Transport.
- Work Experience ideally in FMCG industry or similar work environment.
- Work experience in engaging Freight forwarders.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods & customs.
- Excellent MS-Office Skills. Especially Excel skills.
- Working Experience in SAP or Similar ERP system.
- Working experience in Blue Yonder or Similar WMS system.
- Experience in Oracle Transport management (OTM) or similar transport management tools.
- Experience in dealing with logistic service providers.
- Deep understanding of Processes in Warehouse and Transport.
- Basic understanding of budget management.

- Analytical and conceptional competencies.

- Language skills: English & Czech fluent (must), German (nice to have).
