Senior Trade&Brand Marketing Manager (Fixed term contract)


The Senior Marketing and Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and usage, consumer and customer engagement, delivering sales growth across the Baltics region (Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia). This position involves managing a team of one subordinate and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with global and regional strategies, business goals and brand objectives, with a specific focus on the Baltics markets. Review and execute pricing strategies per brands based on markets landscapes.
  • Trade Marketing: Create and execute best in class trade marketing initiatives to support our products' visibility and sales in retail and trade channels (pharma and mass market channels).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a marketing team member, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing. Lead the execution of global marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with suppliers.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving maximum ROI, review actuals vs planned investments on monthly basis.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor in market brands performance and deliver periods to go assumptions for both – category and brand performance followed with proper demand planning inputs; analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing and trade marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen the company's brand presence in the Baltic region, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research.
  • Knowledge of the Baltics markets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • English - Advanced
