About the role

Célula: Data & Report

• Gestão dos resultados de sell-out (Scanntech, Mtrix, Mapas e outros) e interface  com IT&D para desenvolvimento, padronização e automatização de relatórios, ferramentas e simuladores.
• Padronização de análises para stakeholder internos.
• Atendimento: Comercial, Trade Marketing, Marketing e Planejamento.

Grandes atividades

• Manutenções necessárias para o bom funcionamento dos Reports e Painéis disponíveis no OneData e Provedores (Mtrix, Scanntech, Neogrid e etc.).
• Apoio na atualização, envio e utilização dos reports oficiais de Sales Intelligence (Sell-out fechamento mensal, Sell-out MTD, Ruptura & Estoque Virtual, MSL Report e Nielsen).
• Suporte na confecção de materiais e análises para reuniões periódicas/esporádicas.

Your responsibilities

Responsabilidades

• Apoio para garantir as rotinas de divulgação, acuracidade e acompanhamento dos KPIs divulgados por SI.
• Participação ativa na implementação de novas ferramentas e formas de apresentação de dados, buscando sempre a melhor utilização pelo usuário final.
• Interface com IT&D para manutenções necessárias dos Painéis no Panorama, consumo de dados e  automatizações dos reports.
• Apoio em análises de mercado (Sell-out, Estoque e Nielsen).
• Suporte nas interações com os times de Venda, Trade Mkt Categoria, Trade Mkt Canal, Marketing e Planejamento para alinhamento das demandas de cada área.
• Aumentar o engajamento dos relatórios para facilidade de tomada de decisões no dia-a-dia, principalmente pela a equipe de vendas.
• Gestão das hierarquias, processos de acuracidade de dados e demais temas que envolva os provedores de sell-out.

The experience we're looking for

• Graduação em Engenharia, TI, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.
• Inglês intermediário /  (Espanhol - Diferencial)
• Excel Avançado [Obrigatório] (Operadores lógicos / Tabela Dinâmica / Procv / Somases / Organização de tabelas)
• PowerBI Intermediário / (PowerQuery e Knime - Diferencial)
• Visão holística: Interesse em entender as operações da empresa.
• Raciocínio lógico e capacidade de resolver problemas rapidamente
• Comunicativo
• Comprometido
