The eRB function is the eCommerce and digital execution engine of Reckitt. We help create a healthier, cleaner world by building shared success with our consumers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible through online channels. 
 
Within eRB we're focused on accelerating the performance and purpose of Reckitt brands to empower a bigger, faster and bolder eCommerce and digital business. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. 
 
Reckitt has around 800 eCommerce people across the world. In-market roles cover areas such as online Key Accounts and Performance Marketing, regional roles work with the markets to provide specialist expertise to accelerate online growth, and our global teams cover areas such as Amazon, EB2B and Direct to Consumer. 

About the role

Gerenciar estrategicamente as operações de mídia performance e conteúdo no canal de ecommerce, visando impulsionar o crescimento sustentável da base de clientes, assim como conectar os desafios de negócio as ferramentas digitais. 

Your responsibilities

Responsabilidades: 

Mídia Performance: 

Desenvolver a estratégia digital do canal, definindo KPIs e metas anuais em colaboração com agências e parceiros de performance. 

Gerenciar a agência de performance, mantendo reuniões semanais para monitorar a performance e garantir o cumprimento de metas. 

Supervisionar BI interno e externo, implementando rotinas de testes A/B, gerenciando contratos e otimizando o Tech Stack. 

Facilitar a troca de aprendizados com times globais, alinhando e implementando frameworks globais no mercado local. 

Realizar análises full-funnel, LTV e mapeamento da jornada de compra online. 

Colaborar com o time de mídia para integrar estratégias digitais, apoiando o planejamento das marcas e implementando beta tests de campanha. 

Gerenciar agências, organizando briefings, acompanhando projetos em andamento e otimizando entregas. 

Liderar reuniões semanais, priorizando atividades de acordo com o plano de negócios e maximizando o impacto. 

CONTEUDO 

Gerenciar a produção de conteúdo de qualidade para garantir relevância, precisão e persuasão, mantendo consistência com a marca e objetivos do canal. 

Conhecimento básico de Digital Trade. 

Monitorar o desempenho do conteúdo usando métricas relevantes e fornecer relatórios periódicos sobre o impacto das iniciativas de conteúdo. 

Avaliar o desempenho do conteúdo em diferentes canais, identificando áreas de melhoria e otimização. 

Manter relacionamento com parceiros externos para garantir que os requisitos de conteúdo sejam atendidos dentro dos prazos e padrões estabelecidos. 

 

 

The experience we're looking for

  • Ensino Superior completo; 

  • Experiencia dentro de CPG é um diferencial. 

  • Inglês intermediário/Avançado; 

  • Experiência com mídias digitais e gestão do dia a dia de campanha; 

  • Conhecimentos intermediário de data analytics incluindo Google Analytics, plataformas de compra programática, adserver, Amazon vendor central e gestão de trade mkt online (Lett, Intellibrand, Symplus);
