Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Representar a Reckitt no desenvolvimento de relações comerciais produtivas com os principais clientes da companhia na região e criar planos alinhados aos objetivos de negócios. 

Your responsibilities

Venda dos produtos RB: responsável por atingir as metas individuais nas áreas/clientes designados e desenvolvimento do mercado regional; 

Realizar mensalmente a análise de todos os resultados da estrutura regional, diagnosticando tendências através da interpretação das ferramentas e relatórios de produtividade disponíveis; 

Ser responsável pelo desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental do time sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo a formação de talentos, accountability e plano de sucessão para a companhia; 

Construção, execução e acompanhamento JBP e dos principais KPIs (Sell in, Sell out, DOH, Margem, positivação, execução) dos clientes e dos objetivos das categorias junto ao time; 

Elaborar o planejamento de negócios e programação de trabalho com base no levantamento de necessidades e diagnóstico de oportunidades; 

Visão estratégica multicanal, atuando em sinergia com canais indireto e direto visando o desenvolvimento total do mercado regional; 

Assegurar a correta disposição dos produtos no ponto de venda, observando as diretrizes e princípios de merchandising mantendo um foco no desenvolvimento de categorias; 

Implementar as ações de trade marketing definidas pela companhia; 

Assegurar o uso correto dos investimentos, acompanhamento ROI e metas de crescimento; 

Suportar Head de vendas e regional NENO nos assuntos estratégicos da regional; 

The experience we're looking for

É mandatório ter experiência na função ou similares em vendas com foco em gestão multicanal 

Ser formado em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas. 

Desejável Inglês avançado 

Domínio de ferramentas Excell, Powerpoint e Scanntech;

The skills for success

Ecommerce, Analysing sales planning and execution, Relationship building and stakeholder management, Analytical mindset for market trends and data interpretation, Effective communication.
