About the role

 

As a Human Resources Manager with Reckitt Salt Lake City, you will have the opportunity to be part of a major manufacturing operation and put your ideas and experience into practice. This position is viewed as a business-minded partner within the HR team working to support culture through proactive employee relations efforts including engagement, training, onboarding, and continued development.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Develops and manages a wide range of people plans and projects designed to get the best from the team.
  • Partners to develop and champion business strategies, while providing HR insights and solutions to business challenges.
  • Provides guidance to plant leadership regarding employee relations matters while supporting Reckitt culture.
  • Counsels managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, compensation and benefit programs, and disciplinary actions to ensure consistent efforts.
  • Ensures a responsive and consistent approach to employee concerns.
  • Provides partnership for learning and development initiatives, ensuring site alignment with corporate and regional efforts.

 

The experience we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in a Plant HR or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
  • Prior work experience in a Manufacturing and/or Distribution environment
  • People management experience preferred
  • Experience in employee relations including data driven strategy development and execution, investigations, and training development
  • Flexible, able to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to build consensus among diverse groups
  • An independent thinker, with executive presence

US salary ranges

USD $82,000.00  -  $122,000.00

 

US pay transparency

 

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
