We’ll depend on you to keep things running like clockwork. A hands-on, technical role, you’ll have your own area of responsibility but be able to apply your skills anywhere. In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll:

• Troubleshoot and repair sophisticated machinery such as electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or mechanical systems
• Plan for, establish, and perform preventative and predictive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule
• Support production equipment and personnel
• Provide excellent customer service to internal customers
• Order parts and procure quotes for equipment and production modifications within budgets
• Plan, develop, and complete equipment improvement projects focused on equipment capacity, quality, and cost improvements
• Complete root cause analysis, in line with down time procedure to identify and implement preventative solutions
• Support implementation of planned maintenance and new projects
• Support escalation process for line stoppages or breakdowns
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance are in place in respect of safety, cGMP, and quality systems

You’ll succeed because you… 

• Bring strong electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and machine tool operation skills
• Have an ability to troubleshoot and repair sophisticated electrical controls and mechanical systems
• Have good computer skills in Microsoft Office and MS Windows
• Bring working knowledge of equipment function and production process
• Are capable of lifting up to 55 pounds and are physically able to bend and twist
• Have knowledge of GMP environments
