As an eCommerce E-Commerce Analyst

You will be part of the eCommerce Team driving the growth and optimization of the eCommerce channels, with a focus on developing and executing effective ecommerce performance aligned with marketing strategies and commercial mindset across all our brands to drive online customer engagement, conversion, and sales.

On the day to day you will...

  • Monitor and Report the Ecommerce landscape including monthly sales, share, performance and/or relevant data to make data driven decisions over time.
  • Participate in relevant clients meetings and provide key insights from our online activations assets.
  • Develop win-win strategies for each channel based on our brand strategies and build partnership with clients to achieve our targets.
  • Plan, implement, analyze, and optimize all ecommerce activities for each channel/brand/country.
  • Execute the performance marketing budget by channel/business unit; ensuring our budget drives optimal revenue.
  • Contribute to the company P&L by effective management of resources including trade incentives and marketing activities.
  • Work closely with digital marketing, our brands, sales and trade as part our cross business unit executions. 

You’ll succeed because you have…

  

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, eCommerce or relevant experience. Online sales, Amazon, or FMCG experience would be desirable.
  • Marketing, Business Administration, Communications university degree or equivalent .
  • You are passionate about getting the best possible results.
  • Are action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • Are also highly analytical with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and sales software. Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Are a born communicator, able to use your insights to create a compelling story for your colleagues. Strong analytical, presentation, organizational skills.
  • Language skills: Fluent Spanish (required), Fluent English (required) written and speaking.
